Folders are available with pockets, slits for business cards, and are designed to hold printed inserts, or literature about your company. Folder Inserts are usually designed as step-downs which will again display with clarity several categories, divisions, or departments within a company. The step down design can nicely display biographies and company offers, can provide a testimonial section, an "about the company" page, and generally provide the ease of viewing all of these categories collectively. These inserts eliminate the process of turning a page and add to making changes, additions or deletions to your products and services. Folder inserts can also be stitched into many of our folders at an additional cost. Their design is popular when you're confident your product line is unlikely to go through much change. With either insert design option, the message is professional, and professionalism sells.
Folders also generally have 2 glued pockets, but one pocket designs are offered, along with second side printing. Unglued pockets are available but not as popular. Folders are printed with several choices of printing processes. Your popular choices include one or two-color printing, four-color process printing, foil stamping, or blind embossing. The paper selection is your next choice and generally the message printing on your folder will dictate the paper chosen. A color, photography folder, usually prints on glossy white cover stock, and a logo, or simpler graphic can print on shiny or matte, darks or light stock colors, and several techniques can be used. Accountants, Lawyers, Real Estate Firms, many professional service companies like the look of dark folders with hot stamp foil (Foil Stamping) and embossing. If the stock is dark, keep in mind ink cannot be seen on it, and a foil, hot stamped or emboss process is required. The dark color can be printed but this will significantly add to the cost.
