Newsletters are printed single through multiple colors on a variety of offset or glossy papers. Generally they are printed several times throughout a year and their sole purpose is to inform.
The most popular size is 11" x 17", which folds down to 8 1/2" x 11"
and then again down to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" should they need to tab and mail as a self mailer. Newsletters are generally a minimum of 4 pages (one folded sheet) and can range in size sometimes up to 28 pages.
Our mailing services division can help you maintain a current mailing list and can recommend the most cost effective way to get your message out there. With proper planning 3rd class mail can save money on postage and still reach your audience in enough time. Postal savings can only be achieved with quantities of 500 or more pieces.
 Our Design Services are of course offered with the printing and mailing package or separately as well. In this "green", ecofriendly age, if a print and mail commitment is not desired, design alone for a virtual email blast is available as a stand alone service.
