Pique knit polos are a textured-style shirt, not smooth like a jersey-knit. They are more expensive and embroidery is the preferred method of decoration. While embroidery is a more expensive method of decoration, on this fabric it is a smoother, finished look. Also, the pique knit is a heavier weight fabric and tends to be a little warmer to wear.
