Lets Print Baby File Submission guidelines
Proofing & Production Guidelines – LPB Graphics, Inc. At LPB Graphics, we receive many types of customer-supplied proofs every day. With today’s wide variety of output devices—such as laser printers, inkjet printers, and high-resolution film-based systems—the appearance of proofs can vary significantly. Even among professional printing companies, differences in presses and operators can lead to different results. Please note: All proofing methods may look different from the final offset-printed product produced through traditional offset lithography.

Artwork Quality & Line Screens
If you require a specific line screen, it must be indicated with your order. Otherwise, we will plate your job based on the quality of the art file provided. As a rule, the higher the quality of the artwork, the better the final printed results.

Hard Copy Proofs & Approvals All hard copy proofs must be signed and returned via fax, scan/email, or in person before your job proceeds to press—no exceptions. Quoted production timelines begin only after we receive a signed approval. Once approval is received, we will provide an accurate completion date. As always, we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadlines.
File Submission
To submit artwork electronically, email your files (max 5MB) to:

You can also request a secure link to upload your files.

Accepted File Formats

PC file types accepted:

  • Adobe Photoshop CS3 (.PSD)
  • Adobe Illustrator CS3 (.AI)
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
  • JPG, TIF, PNG (high-res only)

Microsoft Office files:

  • Word (.DOC), PowerPoint (.PPT), Publisher (.PUB)
    Note: Microsoft files use RGB color and non-standard fonts, which may not reproduce accurately. These files are accepted at our discretion and may incur a troubleshooting fee of $75/hour. For best results, please convert these files to PDF before submission.

Mac file types accepted:

  • QuarkXPress 7
  • Adobe Photoshop CS2
  • Adobe Illustrator CS2
  • Raster files (JPG, TIF, PNG) must be 300 dpi minimum; 600 dpi preferred
  • Black & white line art: 600 dpi recommended
  • Vector files (AI, EPS, CDR, PDF): Uncompressed, with all fonts converted to outlines/curves
  • Include all linked hi-res images and assets
  • Files must be submitted in CMYK for accurate color reproduction. RGB files may be accepted but color matching cannot be guaranteed.

When submitting physical photos or artwork:

  • Use cardboard-reinforced packaging to prevent bending
  • Ensure items are clean and dust-free, as imperfections will appear in scans

Original or irreplaceable items are submitted at your own risk. LPB Graphics is not responsible for the loss or damage of submitted materials.

At LPB Graphics / LetsPrintBaby.com, we print to a “pleasing color” standard, using standard ink densities. Your final product will closely match your file but exact color matches are not guaranteed without a critical color match process, which incurs additional costs and may delay delivery.

If you need fast turnaround and low pricing, we recommend:

  • PDF proofs for instant online viewing
  • “Pleasing color” standard

All submitted files must be accompanied by a color proof. If not provided, we will create one for you. For two-sided jobs, please clearly indicate how the pages back up. If unclear, a paper proof fee will be added.

If your job has critical color requirements and a tight deadline, we can overnight a hard proof for a $15 fee (no P.O. Boxes). This may delay the delivery schedule.
